It?s made of reinforced, flexible, 100% medical grade silicone, and it comes with an addition – ribbed tab for slip-free removal. This menstrual disc comes in two sizes so everybody can find their fit and have mess-free sex – all period long!
Ziggy Cup 2 comes with a ribbed tab to help you with:
Slip-free removal – hook the tip of your finger and gently pull the cup out.
Orientation of the cup – this tab is located in the front of your cup – which means it needs to be away from your cervix and pelvic bone.

Avoid tampons and cups during postpartum recovery unless cleared by a healthcare professional.
Wash your hands thoroughly before and after inserting or removing the product.
Tampons: Replace tampons as instructed to reduce the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). Do not exceed 8 hours of use.
Menstrual cups: Remove and empty the cup as instructed. Do not exceed 12 hours. Clean thoroughly after each use.
Insert and remove the product according to the use instructions.
Ensure the product is properly inserted and comfortable. If it feels uncomfortable, reinsert or adjust.
If you experience pain, irritation, or abnormal symptoms, remove the product immediately and consult a healthcare provider.
Store menstrual cups in a breathable bag (e.g., cotton) and tampons in a dry, clean environment. Keep away from children and pets.
The product is intended for proper use only and should be used according to its purpose and functional description.
Symptoms of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS):
TSS is a rare but serious condition that can occur when using tampons or menstrual cups. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience:
1. Sudden High Fever (typically above 102°F/39°C).
2. Flu-like Symptoms: Chills, muscle aches, or fatigue.
3. Low Blood Pressure: Dizziness, fainting, or feeling lightheaded.
4. Rash: A sunburn-like rash, especially on the palms and soles.
5. Vomiting or Diarrhea.
6. Headache or Confusion.
7. Redness of Eyes, Mouth, or Throat.
