Two open rings can double up to keep their lips open, via the Edge Interchangeable Ring Gag. Both rings are nickel-free metal, with 1.5″ and 2″ diameters. 

Pull the adjustable head strap tight, for most secure fit over the base of the skull and upper neck. The Ring Gag allows their tongue to move freely, as the lips’ motion is restricted and biting is minimized.
