The Heavy-Duty Bicep Binder offers effective restraint. The versatile design secures biceps firmly from behind or in front. It wraps each bicep with the thick, durable industrial-strength nylon straps which include fully adjustable stainless steel lock rings, allowing for a controlled, custom fit every time. The Heavy-Duty Bicep Binder is interchangeable with other COMMAND products for optimum versatility and enjoyment.
The cuffs adjust up to 22” (55.88 cm) and the length of the strap is 8.5” (21.59 cm).
