LubraGel is sterile water-based lubricant for urethral, rectal and vaginal use. It helps prevent irritation and damage to the mucous membrane during medical procedures. That makes it the perfect lubricant for sounding for example. The antiseptic effect of the product reduces the risk of infection. The lubricant comes in sterile packaging in a pre-filled, latex-free disposable syringe with a smooth tip. The lidocaine in the gel allows medical instruments to be inserted painlessly and functions a local anesthetic.
Thanks to the addition of Lidocaine, you will experience a numbing effect after 3-5 minutes which lasts for about 20-30 minutes.
Lubragel is a registered medical device class III under the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC.
Ingredients: Lidocaine hydrochloride 2 gr., chlorohexidinegluconate 0.250 gr. (20% concentrated), methylhydroxybenzoate 0.060 gr., propylhydroxybenzoate 0.025 gr., hydroxyethylcellulose, propylene glycol and pure water.
